We helped Živilė – a 36-year-old barwoman to find a job. Until the economical crisis Živilė used to work in one of the biggest night bars of the city, but the sudden crisis made the woman to lose her job, as the bar went under bankruptcy. Živilė’s efforts to find a new job were fruitless for a number of years, as the time was difficult for many catering institutions. The long-time experience, a long list of excellent personal qualities would not become the trampoline of Živilė to the success, but everything changed when she opened the doors of our agency – we have had an honest talk with her which allowed to know Živilė as the professional of her field of expertise, find out which personal qualities are the most vivid and also find out the expectations that the woman had. We are glad that we all together shortly found a job for Živilė – in three months Živilė had a new work place in one of the newly established café’s. Warm and friendly team, competitive remuneration, and the most importantly – an opportunity to realize herself in the likeable activity today is one of the most important things for Živilė, which provide the fullness of life.
